1. When I bought a tour, they said that you can send a quick PCR test at the airport 4 hours before departure. An unpleasant and expensive surprise was that there were no such tests and I had to fly 2 days later at my own expense. (Ticket 8 tr and 2 days of stay are not going to be restored).
2. When I told about the problem to the general number, they said that the personal manager would call and help solve the problem. Dear manager never called, corresponding to the level of service.
3. On arrival I had to wait 8 hours before I was at the hotel. At first they promised to quickly deliver by bus, which goes to only 3 hotels, but then it turned out that the driver did not want to go there. So welcome to Turkey. By the way, the issue of access to the Internet helped to solve. Only 3.5 thousand rubles and you have 10GB of Turkish communication.
4. I was waiting for a room in the hotel for more than an hour. This is probably not a complaint against the tour operator, but after 12 hours of travel and deception about PCR, more was expected from TUI.
They stole money on the beach and at the reception they suggested contacting a TUI representative, as he deals with such cases with clients.
The travel agent (Azad) graciously said that today he is no longer working. Perhaps tomorrow after 13 he will call if he works. If you don't like it, call the gendarmes yourself. Well, OK.
To the gentlemen of TUI, rays of love. I bought an expensive tour for 12 days, but because of you I have already lost 20+ thousand rubles and in a situation with theft I am not interesting to you.
I wish you every financial success. I have never seen such a scam. A shame.
