We used the services of this company in November, it was necessary to spend a week in the sun. They helped us arrange a tour to Dubai
1. Location in the city center, we had no problems with parking, good location
2. Sincere goodwill
3. Absolute professionalism, everyone clearly told about the rest during the coronovirus period
4. The process of paperwork, during the conversation they didn’t notice how we quickly drew up a contract, then we left and after 15 minutes received a message that the tour was booked and the hotel with tickets was confirmed, the documents for the tour were sent to us on the same evening by mail via 2 hours after registration, it was not so fast anywhere else in our travel experience
5. Our manager controlled the trip from the very beginning to our return flight to Moscow, was always in touch and sent various instructions at different stages of the tour
Upon arrival, they gave us a gift, they gave us a nice spacious room with a living room, although we booked the simplest, most ordinary one, fruit and champagne were also waiting for us, we were very surprised!
This is the most enjoyable vacation we have ever organized! There is even nothing to write down as minuses, although I am a lady with a very big claim, but here I have nothing to add.
