Went to this travel agent on the recommendation of friends. We used the "Deposit" service, left 15 sput as a deposit for instant booking of the tour. We were looking for a tour to Turkey, two weeks before departure, we monitored the website of My Planet, immediately phoned, clarified availability, left a reservation, chose a departure time to choose from (there were 3, they differed in fuel surcharge). That's all :) then I just drove the remaining amount to their office, and after 5 minutes I went home. I didn’t go to the office anymore, all the documents were sent by mail at the agreed time. Everything was clear and without problems. The trip went very well, we went through the "Biblio Globus", flew "Transaero". I personally have nothing to complain about, the girls there are cute working in the office, special thanks to Alexandra, who sent the documents :)))
