On May we went to Cyprus through this travel agency. Rested with a family with a small child. Booked in advance so there were no emergencies. We chose the hotel ourselves - Makronisos Village in Ayia Napa, we liked it from the photo and the fact that the room has a kitchen. We booked a tour via the Internet on the ics website, they called back very quickly and the hotel was confirmed quickly. We flew on Ural Airlines, the flight both there and back took place on time. We were met in Cyprus, taken to the hotel, drove less than an hour, placed right away, well, probably because we were with a child. I did not go on excursions, I will not say anything here. On vacation, there were no reasons to contact the travel agency, and this is a good sign.
