A FLY IN THE OINTMENT

I want to share my impressions of the past holiday. Generally. tour operator is good. I would like to express my special thanks to our wonderful guide Marina. Despite. that the route was not hers, she had an amazing trip! Erudite, friendly, smiling, a lot of charm and positive!!! Thank her SO MUCH!!!! And the guide Natalya from Turin, who accompanied us on the last day, looked all the more terrible! In truth, this was a fly in the ointment that spoiled a barrel of honey. She kept the group at a distance, gave out information in a dosed and formal way, did not answer questions, solved problems with a creak, in short. the person is clearly out of place - he does not like and does not know how to communicate with people !!! Now about the route. 1. not very clear. Why is Liechtenstein in it? Nothing but a beautiful name! Lost time!!!!!!!!!!! 2. Very little time in Bologna, we practically "flew through" it!!!

But this is a city with a rich cultural heritage, the 1st university was opened in it, by the way, Natalya did not tell us anything about this (((. 3. There is a proposal - to reduce the time spent in Turin (2 hours is enough) and increase the time for Bologna!!!and, 4.
