Holidays in the Canary Islands

At the beginning of my story, I want to thank the Alfa travel agency for giving us the opportunity to relax in the Canary Islands, and in particular the managers of the Alfa travel agency office in St. Petersburg, located on Grechesky Ave. Thank you for your respect for the client, as well as help in choosing a place to stay.

This spring, while walking in the park with my husband, we met the promoter of the Alfa travel agency, who offered us to participate in some kind of advertising presentation, upon completion of which we will definitely receive a good prize. Well, in general, we decided to go. This so-called presentation was held, well, not quite, as we imagined it, or rather, not at all, but we still received the prize in the form of a digital camera. It looks like a trifle, but pleasant. In the same place, we decided to go to the Canary Islands, the manager of the travel agency praised them very much.

We talked individually with the manager, who helped us choose the most suitable resort for us, drew up an agreement, booked tickets there, the whole procedure, surprisingly, went pretty quickly. An amazing fact, but the price was also quite profitable, not 50 thousand, but it was actually worth it. Upon returning home, we decided to delve into the Internet, so to speak, read what people write about this travel agency, and were a little shocked by what they saw. There are a decent amount of reviews, of which about half, so to speak, are not positive. Of course, I had a small panic attack - after all, the money was not given away small, but it is not convincing to calm oneself down by the fact that they received a camera for free.

In general, with the fear of becoming deceived, these two damn weeks passed, well, my husband and son and I set off on a rather long journey, which, in principle, passed without incident.

Upon arrival in Los Americas, we were met by a rather friendly guide, who told us about the merits of the Altamira El Beril resort and the island of Tenerife in general, advised us where to go and what to do for the next two weeks, and he also helped us with registration in hotel.

In general, we stopped by our apartments. From the very first minutes, they found a small drawback - this is the absence of a washing machine, which is essentially nonsense, but still. And so in general, housing is generally at a high level, a cozy atmosphere caused by a soft interior, comfortable upholstered and sleeping furniture. In general, a huge plus is a fully equipped kitchen, since in principle we were going to cook in the room, for you it was the most important thing. You can also appreciate the availability of Internet access, right in the room, cable and satellite TV and a large number of different pleasant things.

Excursion week, along the way for a long time deposited in the memory.

I really liked the hike to the Teide volcano, which reaches 3718 meters, the hike passed through the Teide Canyon National Park. I remember an impressive ocean trip on a catamaran. I also really liked the walk along the forbidden paths of the wild Teno Mountains, the hike to the "Hell Chasm" and the waterfall of "Women's Tears", a trip from Santa Cruz de Tenerife. The son was taken on an excursion to the Miniature Park, the child was simply delighted.

The second week was generally fleeting, we didn’t even want to go home. During the second week, we managed to go on Canary fishing trips, went diving 3 times, went to the gym, I was in the SPA center, dressed up a bit at the market, prices, by the way, are very low, we had dinner at local restaurants a couple of times. We also took a car, we rented it in the nearest settlements. In short, we really had a rest and returned home, gained strength and under a great impression.
