09.08.12 signed an agreement with the company Intourist travel store. We planned to go to Spain in Salou to a certain hotel, which was chosen in advance. Made an advance payment in the amount of 30 thousand rubles. On August 14, 2012, the manager called us back, saying that the hotel was confirmed and the remaining cost must be paid. On 08/20/12 we paid the remaining amount. On 08/23/12 we got a call and were told that there was an error and there were no places in this hotel, while offering another hotel, as it was announced no worse. This proposal did not suit us, because the proposed one was not convenient in terms of location, far from the sea and the center of Salou. On August 25, 2012, we wrote a statement with a request to terminate the contract and return the money. The manager said that the application will be considered within 3 days and on Wednesday 08/29/12 we will be refunded the money. Calling on the specified date, they answered me that they could not return the money yet, because. the prepayment has already been transferred to the partner who provided the tour and we will not receive the money until 09/01/12.
Now we are sitting with nothing, no money, no promised tour.
