Watch out Mouzenides!

I want to tell you about my worst vacation organized by Mouzenides Travel. The tour was bought in St. Petersburg on Kirochnaya from the operator Sofia, from which we received a lot of false information, but simply lies. Our holiday consisted of two parts of excursion and beach holidays. We arrived in Thessaloniki at 16-30. According to the plan, on the first day we were supposed to have excursions. But we and 4 other people were put in a minibus for four hours! We were driving with a driver. To all questions, the driver answered that they were waiting for us there. When we arrived at the hotel, no one greeted us. The husband asked the driver to dial the phone of the accompanying group to clarify the situation. On the phone we were told that he was not an accompanying person, but a guide, his working hours were over and the phone was hung up! The next day it turned out that we had to join a group of 70 people who had been traveling for 24 hours.

On the bus, we had to take empty seats, namely with our backs in the direction of travel. And if you get sick, then what kind of excursions are there. Regarding the lost day, the guide named Peter did not give any explanation. I do not know anything. Then everything went even worse. The whole excursion tour, we had to receive information only from Peter. From a person who, being on his own wave, cannot convey anything to his listeners, he starts a thought and cannot finish it. We didn't have any impression of the country. Excursions brought nothing but headaches and irritation. The situation was saved a little by the fact that our bus was followed by another bus with a Russian-speaking guide named Konstantin. Where possible, we tried to join his group and listen to at least something. Thank him very much! On the last excursion day, we had a transfer from Athens to Thessaloniki. The operator Sofia promised that the journey would take 4.5 hours. We drove nine!

hours. Another day has passed of their rest.

When we arrived at the hotel, it was written on the face of the representative of Mouzenides Marina: you are not welcome here. Instead of the supper promised by Sophia, we were given two oak buns with cheese and sausage, juice and an apple each. There was no mention of hot food.

Dear gentlemen! I warn you, Mouzenides puts his clients in the worst rooms. Our windows overlooked the wall and two large, constantly humming compressors. We immediately refused to move in, there was no help from the representative of the company. Only with the help of the hotel director, a day later we were moved to another room. But for this it was necessary to shake his nerves.

After that, we and another couple from St. Petersburg began to find out the fate of the lost first excursion day. Marina immediately declared that she could not help us in any way, and only a promise to raise a scandal, upon arrival in St. Petersburg, solved our problem.

The tour was replaced for us, though to the detriment of a beach holiday and taking a receipt from us that we have no complaints. Regarding the tour, we do not have them.

For the sake of justice, I will say that all the departures were quite decent, the buses are comfortable. But the vacation you've been waiting for all year is ruined.

Be careful! If you are buying a tour from Mouzenides, negotiate every step.

And one more small dirty trick from the company, having returned from vacation, I sent this review to the company's website. They don't post negative reviews! And they don't react at all. Therefore, their site is such an idyll. Everyone is happy!
