We couldn't ruin our holiday, but we did our best.

I will not paint every miscalculation of the employees of Pegasus - Touristik, although, probably, it was worth it, I will write the most basic:

1. Day of departure. The representative of Pegas - Turistik was late by the time of the start of registration at the Tolmachevo airport in Novosibirsk with lists and visas of tourists flying to China on Hainan Island. More than 100 people stood in front of the customs area for about an hour. The company representative did not answer phone calls. Through representatives of other tour operators, I managed to get through to the head office of the company and ask them to resolve the issue. The customs officers told the tourists that this was not the first Pegasus puncture - Touristik.

2. Hotel guides at Cactus Resort Sanya Ivan and Marlene are rude. So putting pressure on tourists and deceiving them is rudeness. On the very first day, we were told that here is the schedule of excursions for you, the time is clearly fixed, you cannot move the excursions and the decision must be made within 10 minutes. Then it will be impossible to change anything.

After a small scandal, it turned out that especially for such scandalous guests, excursions can be moved to another time, but this will be very inconvenient. Tourists from other hotels said that they had no problems with changing the tour time. Convenient days and trips were offered even for 2 people.

Separately, it should be said about the SIM cards offered by Ivan and Marlene. They say that sim cards that are in roaming will not work - a lie. My MTS and GoodLine, which I brought from Russia, worked perfectly for me throughout the rest. If you don't need to make a lot of calls, don't buy SIM cards from guides. If you need to call a lot - buy it, it will be profitable.

Ivan and Marlene pretend that in all of Sanya there is only one normal restaurant "Moskva", and the rest is complete bullshit.

Harbin Restaurant provides a free shuttle service.

Prices are not very high, plus you can walk around the nearest shops after eating and return with a free car. Moskva restaurant does not provide free shuttle, and if you go by taxi, it will cost 50 yuan back and forth from the car...

3. Excursion guides Pegasus - Tourist - this is a separate story ... I will say that the words "knees", "take a picture", "babies", "something like that" in the context of an excursion to the center of Buddhism in Nha Trang, seemed inappropriate to me, without saying already that the guide did not have broad knowledge about Buddhism.
