TEZ TOUR, ordered by Krasnogvardeyskaya metro station, used the services not for the first time, and I am also very satisfied with this company.
Guides and tour guides in Egypt worked very well. Everyone knew Russian, everyone was neat and smart, with a sense of humor, etc. We rested in July-August at the Aldladin hotel. If there is any encouragement to everyone, especially those who met and organized excursions, it would be nice to know.
Only in Moscow, this company “let us down”, incorrectly indicated the time of departure. At the airport, it was clearly stated that this aircraft number always takes off 3 hours later than what was indicated to you in the printout. As a result, all 600 people arrived at least 6 hours before departure. And a good half of those departing started celebrating their vacation right at the airport. They mixed everything: beer with vodka, Coca-Cola with Cinzano, and so on. It was fun!
Probably, the Russian mentality is affecting: “maybe we won’t get hit in the neck”, this applies to the “Tezturovites”.
We will continue to work with this company in the future. In another country, after all, non-Russians meet and work with us, which means that everything will be fine!
