Well, friends, after reading extremely negative reviews on the Internet about this tour operator, and deciding for myself that these were the tricks of competitors, I went on vacation with the firm intention of writing my own, unequivocally positive and vivid review about the Anex tour tour operator upon arrival. But it was not there!!! My good intentions were shattered almost immediately, even before leaving on vacation!!! Due to the machinations of Anex Tour employees with the dates of arrival and departure and impudent savings on accommodation, I actually lost 2 days of paid vacation! From the very beginning, when I received a voucher just before the flight, I experienced the first disappointment, as I booked a premium room at the hotel (and paid at the appropriate price), and the voucher turned out to be a standard room. (???!!!) There was no time left for dismantling, and I was forced to fly away on vacation with what they gave me. But it was not possible to fly away normally either !!!
Instead of the time stated in the electronic ticket at 16-30, our plane was delayed for 3 (!!!) hours, and it turned out that upon arrival at the hotel room we were not settled on July 4, as it should have been (and, by the way, for the 4th was paid as for a full day of accommodation), and on the night of the 5th. This I also steadfastly swallowed and began to enjoy my vacation to the fullest. Everything was wonderful and smooth until the penultimate evening ... Arriving at a meeting with a hotel guide at 9 pm on the eve of my flight home, I received another shocking news. It turns out that our flight home, which was supposed to take place the next day at 19-30, was postponed almost a day (!!!) earlier!!!!!!! The hotel guide said that we need to get ready, since our flight from 19-30 on July 14 was moved to 6-30 in the morning of the same July 14, and we are generally picked up from the hotel and taken to the airport at 3-45 at night , since you need to be at the airport three hours before departure.
To my indignant question - why they want to take us out almost a day earlier, the guide advised us to file a claim with the airline upon arrival home (?!). But what does the airline have to do with it if charters are rented by a tour operator?! As a result, having contacted the Anex Tour company, I actually lost 2 days of paid vacation, received a lot of negative emotions, and was absolutely disappointed in this tour operator.
Summary - WITH ANEX TOUR I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE!!!

In fairness, and in spite of everything, I want to EXPRESS HUGE THANKS TO THE ANEX TOUR GUIDES FOR THEIR PROFESSIONALISM ACCOMPANIED ON EXCURSIONS, ATTENTION AND RESPONSIBILITY TO TOURISTS AND THEIR PROBLEMS. All the same, some people in this company really work with full dedication and love their work. Many thanks to the hotel guide Hossam at Seagal Hotel. He is very attentive and loyal with all tourists.
Many thanks to the guide Musad, who accompanied us on a trip to Cairo. Such an interesting and entertaining storyteller! A merry fellow and a joker, an interesting and educated interlocutor. Thanks to these guys, the holiday was a success. About the Seagal hotel, in general, only the best impressions, which I will definitely post in a separate review!
