The guide at the Antalya airport met at the bus, but did not even accompany us to the hotel, although this is mandatory for all tour operators. The hotel guide had a goal only to sell tours, tried to sell them aggressively and rudely, not really interested in our needs. He said that he would not come to hotels for us. At a meeting (accidental), he did not even say hello (although he noticed us) - but pretended not to know us. Asked for all the money. He said that check-in for a flight and choosing a seat is possible only through it for an additional fee, but as it turned out, everything is possible through the online services of the air carrier. On the last day of the stay at the hotel, lists of people leaving the hotel with full information about the time of departure, departure time and flight number should have been formed. All tour operators did it in a timely manner, except for Pegasus. If we ourselves did not recognize them, then perhaps they would not exist at all. The hotel guide was unhappy that we were calling him.
As a result, our flight number was changed and the departure time too. If we had not found the departure lists in the morning and went to the website of the air carrier, we would have found that our original flight had already departed.
