Everything went so well that we did not even expect !!!!

It was exciting in September to book a week-long sightseeing tour to Portugal + with a flight to Madeira (travel agencies had just finished pouring in), but after reading reviews on other sites about Oksana Maltseva in Petropolitana, I went without a call to the company and ended up just in time for Oksana. She offered me and calculated several tour options, reassured me that on the TAP (Portuguese Airlines) website you can immediately see your order with all the flights. And then everything was just fine: they met us everywhere, drove us, took us on excursions without delay, drivers and guides - Russians - conducted excursions in an interesting way, shared information, helped with navigating the place. They lived in Lisbon - VIP Berna 3 * - actually the city center: the metro is nearby, next to a large shopping center (with a supermarket and a cafe) - they are very satisfied. In Porto - we lived in Star INN Porto 3 * - far from the center, but the guide explained what is the best way to get from the city center - there were no problems at all.

Since these cities are touristic, everything is done there for the convenience of tourists, and the public around is friendly.

With food - I also liked everything - when we dined on excursions, the wine flowed like a river ... we drank a jug - they immediately brought a new full one ... and the wine is so tasty ... Their soups are mostly mashed potatoes ... liquid water , but it was given like this everywhere, for the second - local meat or fish, normally cooked (not overcooked, nor oversalted). Dessert was not always eaten - it just didn’t fit anymore. The only thing was when we went for dinner with fado there with food it was modest and somehow not very ... and they didn’t add wine ..)) in Madeira - everything is fine too - we were met at night, taken to the hotel. Hotel Florasol Dorisol 3 * - it is on the second line, but the ocean was visible from the 2nd floor. Breakfasts are normal (they have them everywhere standard), and next to the hotel there is a Pinco doce supermarket - there is its own cooking - in general you can eat all sorts of local things for 4-5 euros per person !!! The ocean is incomparable !!! really liked it!!!!

If you cross the road from the hotel and go straight down (without turning anywhere), then go to the beach with a platform from which everyone swims.

We took one excursion to the east of the island - we also liked it - the guide is Russian, the driver is local, but he knows his flora very well and showed us how they grow mango, kiwi, papaya, passion fruit ... Madeira itself is a large open-air botanical garden ...just super!!! There is only 1 sandy beach on Madeira, and if you really want sand, you can relax on the neighboring island of Santo Porto (a ferry goes there from Madeira).

Flights were all without delay, and from Madeira - to Lisbon, and already from Lisbon to St. Petersburg.
