We used the services of the Nextbus Tour company - we went to Finland twice. I would like to say that the first time there were some minor overlays, but the second trip in May pleased us both with the form of the order and with the service during the trip. We lost our boarding pass, we were put on the bus by oral "presentation" of the order number, we were on the guide's lists. Even last time, the guide told us where it is better to shop and have a delicious bite to eat. This time we were traveling with a child. The guide was very knowledgeable about where to go with the child. The kid was satisfied with riding on cars, and sand sculptures, and delicious Finnish pies.
I see that the reviews about the company are different, I know one thing: the company is young and learns from its mistakes. Special thanks to the manager in the office - she helped with the order. I can say with confidence that now I rate the work of the company as a solid 4.
