Tour "Mediterranean fairy tale". We stayed in July 2018. I would like to point out both positive and negative aspects. The tour itself left only good impressions, I especially want to express my appreciation to the guide Love in Barcelona and Oksana on the Cote d'Azur. When you are on a tour, you can only put "+" here.
However, the guide and coordinator Irina in Lloret de Mar and on the tour is very unprofessional, it is not possible to get through to her, although the phone number is indicated for urgent communication. We had a problem with the transfer and moving to another hotel, so we had to call ourselves to resolve the issue (and this is not cheap abroad). received no help from her.
Paid ind. transfer! to move to another hotel for the rest, so the hotels changed for us !!! (they said that overbooking, read "thrown") mixed up, the driver left us with suitcases at another hotel, we had to run around the city to look for our hotel.
It is a pity that such employees lubricate the whole impression of a good tour. And yet, the hotel in Nice spoils the whole impression, it is better for groups to choose another hotel.
