We contacted the travel agency on the recommendation of friends. We really picked up a good holiday option in Cyprus, the tour package included hotel accommodation, air tickets and round-trip transfer from the hotel to the airport. The trip itself went very well, but at the end there was an unpleasant incident - a return transfer from the hotel to the airport was not provided. The representative of the tour operator in Cyprus said that the transfer was not paid, as a result, we had to take a taxi to the airport ourselves (Ayia Napa - Larnaca Airport = 60 euros). 100% of the payment for the tour was made by us 2 months before the trip. Who is to blame for this situation, the tour operator or travel agency, I don’t know, I wrote to the travel agency about what happened, in response to silence (no explanation, no regrets, no apologies). Perhaps we were just unlucky, because the reviews about the company are excellent and initially everything went well, but this unpleasant incident spoiled the good impressions about the Travel Club.
