I use the services of ANEX Tour not for the first time and the problem is always the same: the loss of two days of vacation due to poor organization of the flight.
The last round does not fit into any gate at all! Check-in at the hotel at 14.00 25.09.18. Initially, Anex tour planned a departure from Domodedovo at 03:00 am on the day of arrival, i.e. 25.09. Then they changed the airline and the departure at 12.30. We arrived at the airport at 09:00. After 12:00 the Nordstar plane just took off from NORILSK!!! We took off from Domodedovo only at 18.15. We arrived in Turkey at 22.30, we arrived at the hotel after one in the morning, thus losing a day of rest.
The tour operator scheduled the departure at 08:00 on the last day of rest, i.e. Departure from the hotel around 04 am!
Thus, due to the shitty organization of the flight, we lost exactly two days of rest and about 40 thousand rubles in the form of their payment !!!
Of course, this is my last interaction with ANEX Tour!
