Dear travel lovers, I hasten to leave a negative review about charm travel. Me and my girlfriend went on a one day tour to Karelia on October 15th. Before the trip, when we bought a tour, we asked about the bus, because we want to go on a long trip in comfort. The manager assured us that the buses meet all tourist standards. On the day of the tour, having entered the bus, we found two empty seats at the very end. As soon as the bus started and picked up speed, we began to blow hard on my legs, my friend in the back. As it turned out later, we were sitting above the door, which had a huge gap, and in these places, mind you, which correspond to all "tourist standards", there was still no heating. As soon as the air conditioner was turned on, it became very cold for us, without it it was more or less.
We asked to turn off the air conditioner, but when it is turned off the rest of the bus becomes stuffy and naturally people run and ask to turn it back on. To be honest, I’m a little shocked why the air conditioner can’t be turned down or the heating, well, here again, apparently, the norms are unknown to an honest citizen. We were very cold and at the first adequate stop already in Karelia, we asked the guide Kristina to solve this problem, since it was impossible to sit there. To which Christina said, as it seemed to me with a certain grin, that the girls were blowing from behind and whoever wants, can exchange with them, or we can sit down with people sitting one at a time.
A few words about people, we looked for people who asked to turn on the air conditioner and asked them to change with us, we were refused, one woman told us that we could be patient, I honestly don’t want to endure lying in the hospital with pneumonia, I even asked her to exchange with us and tolerate it herself, but again it was refused. We also saw two people sitting one at a time, we thought that we would ask them to sit down two by two, but when we saw that one girl was sleeping peacefully on two seats, we realized that this was not an option. And by that moment of our throwing and after our "beloved" guide Christina made us hysterical, the whole bus took up arms against us.
You know, somehow you don’t feel very well, that is, the company sold the seats and let the Bus go on tour, where there are two places where you can’t sit and at the same time the staff, in particular Christina, were not at all eager to help us, with this, by the way, I encounter for the first time, for all my numerous excursions. As a result, we began to swear, and I told Christina that it was best to take and change places with us, to which she said that this was her workplace, and safely went on ignoring us. In the end, we did not calm down, because we were already wildly cold, she moved next to the girl, and we sat next to the two places that Christina occupied. We did not see that the girl was sitting alone, as we were at the very end, and they were sitting in front. We sat down and immediately warmed up and calmed down.
Now the question is why it was necessary to reach hysterics, and why it was impossible to do so right away, she sat there calmly and spoke into the microphone, which means that she could well lead excursions and we could sit warm. And a little continuation of the story, we got sick, well, it's natural to drive for more than seven hours in the wild cold. And who will now repay us for treatment and absenteeism from work?
