My family and I arrived from Thailand on 14 Dec. 2016, took a combined tour of Koh Samui-Phuket. I myself live in Sayanogorsk, I found this agency on the Internet, I haven’t seen any of the employees so far, I called them, Tatyana fell asleep with various options, and offered the lowest price for the tour I chose, paid half the cost 2 months before departure . A couple of weeks later, Tatyana called with a request to pay the remaining amount, her words did not arouse suspicion in me and I paid. A little later, I accidentally stumbled upon this site, and read, in addition to positive reviews, also several negative ones. But after reading them more carefully, I realized that, in principle, there was no fault of the travel agency, all disagreements arose either due to delays in payment by the tourists themselves, or a sharp change in their plans, or due to a jump in the dollar exchange rate in 14, but they are all solvable and a compromise always found. However, a note of excitement remained until the very departure.

As a result, Tatyana sent copies of tickets, insurance and vouchers to me by e-mail 2 days before departure, the flight took place on schedule on December 3, the entire tour plan went through without any changes or comments.

On my next vacation, I won’t even waste time looking for a tour in other agencies, I’ll immediately turn to Ocean Tour. And I recommend him to everyone - they know how to work here.
