We contacted the agency because they announced a low price for the tour. Made a full prepayment - 33,000 hryvnia.
After that, it turned out that the tour was not available, they offered a triple in Cyprus with breakfasts, instead of a four in Malta with breakfasts and dinners, as promised.
A lot of rude, could not pick up the phone. We agreed that the money would be returned. When the payment did not go through, and I called to clarify what was the matter, whether there were supporting documents that they had sent the money, they yelled at me obscenely.
I do not recommend this company to anyone.
