I chose the tour myself on the site, paid online without any problems. The contract was completed remotely. I went to their office only 2 times - to hand over and pick up documents for a visa .. They also made a visa through them. In general, I am satisfied with the work of the travel agency. There was no such thing that they didn’t answer the question, didn’t call back, etc. Rest for 5. Meeting / seeing off on time, guides are polite. The hotel guide is in touch, but his help was not useful to us, he only helped with excursions. In general, I liked everything, I recommend!
