On 08/29/2017, we turned to LLC "Travel Agency CONTINENT DSBV-TOUR" in order to purchase a tour to Portugal in the period from 10/10/2017 - 10/29/2017. As a result, an agreement on the sale of a tourist product No. POV7100101 dated 08.29.2017 was drawn up and signed, and a booking sheet / invoice No. POV7100101 dated 08.29.2017 was created. Tour name: POV_Sun_Lisbon 3 days + holiday on the Riviera 4 days_8 days. Payment for the tour was made on 08/30/2017 in full. According to the contract, from 4.10 for 25 nights we must live in a 4 * hotel. The next day after paying for the tour, we were told that the hotel would be replaced from 4.10 to 25 nights for two: 15 days - 4 *, and 10 days - in 3 *. We unconditionally went to meet the firm. But the problems were just beginning.
On 10/4/2017, when moving to the Lisbon Riviera in Estoril, the hotel told us that the voucher was not valid and there was no reservation in our name.
When contacting agency employees in Moscow Elena Fomicheva, Karen Goncharov and Galina Sinyavskaya, we were convinced within 6 hours that "everything has been paid for and we will be settled in 5 minutes." After 6 hours and spent 4,000 rubles on negotiations with Moscow, the host party, represented by Tatyana, ordered us a “transfer” for our money - a taxi, costing 9.15 Euros, with a recommendation to keep the check, which will be reimbursed to us. We spent the next 8 days in a hotel in a completely different city - Peshtan (a suburb of Cascais), which does not correspond to the contract. After 8 days, we were confronted with the fact of the need to move at our own expense to another hotel (taxi 10 euros). In Portugal, there is a tourist tax, which is 1 Euro per person / day for the first 7 days of stay. As a result, we overpaid an additional 14 euros of tourist tax.
The holiday was completely spoiled by the ugly attitude of the company's employees towards their customers and deceit regarding hotels, transfers and taxes. We have been their clients for several years, but now I strongly do not recommend using the services of Travel Agency CONTINENT DSBV-TOUR LLC. Judging by the situation that has developed over several months, the company is on the verge of bankruptcy and may close at any time.
