Spoiled vacation in Istanbul

For the November holidays, I bought with colleagues from the Tez Tour company a sightseeing tour to Istanbul. From the moment of arrival to departure back to Moscow, the actions of the host of Turistalia do not stand up to scrutiny. The greeter was very late. They looked for him all over the airport, called Moscow. Then we waited another half an hour for the bus. He didn’t leave us any contacts, he gave us advertisements for paid excursions and that’s all. They didn’t take us to the hotel, the driver got out - showed the direction and muttered something. They settled on their own.

On the second day, we sat and waited for someone to come for us. The hotel management had no information about us.

And so every day, until the moment of departure .. For more than an hour we sat and waited to be taken to the airport, there was no one to call, because every day there were different guides, they did not share their phones with us. The excursions themselves were very short, not interesting and not informative. Day 4 of the tour - a sightseeing tour of Istanbul.

They sent a student who read something from a piece of paper and took us to a candy store and a leather goods salon. The whole event took 2.5 hours!

This event cannot be called a guided tour. .

We have the same opinion - we will never apply to the "Tez Tour" Company again!
