Spoiled New Year's Eve!!

We bought 7 vouchers (4 children + 3 adults) through the travel agency Parus in mid-November for the New Year tree "In the land of the northern lights". We have been waiting for this wonderful day for a long time, and on January 6 we are looking for a bus at Kuzminki. And, oh horror, it turns out our bus left an hour ahead of schedule. Tell them yourself they blew it, but no ... they called up the day before and Sail did not report the transfer of time, the bus that left an hour earlier was full, i.e. There were no 7 free places there - the conclusion was that the tickets were sold twice. With great difficulty, we stormed the next bus and drove with the children in our arms, for an hour and a half in a stuffy bus in an uncomfortable position ... tin, someone started to feel sick, someone just whined. The money they gave was not small (12,000 rubles), but they got a spoiled holiday.
