I would like to note the professional work and from the bottom of my heart say a huge THANK YOU to the staff of the UNITRAVEL Travel Agency /Moscow Leninsky Prospekt, 90/, and in particular to the director of the agency Mukhamadiyarova Aida, for making my dream come true - a trip to Thailand.
After going around all the local agencies in my hometown, I was just disappointed. The tour that I dreamed about turned out to be simply not feasible for me. Simply put, I was offered it for such funds that I did not have. There was no limit to chagrin and on the Internet, in desperation, I wrote everything that I thought about travel agencies. After that, my first meeting with the director of UNITRAVEL, Aida, took place. She responded to my desperate cry and for a whole week she selected and offered me various travel options. This is what kind of patience, complacency, breadth of the human soul is needed, to endure all my claims, whims, and fulfill all my "Wishlist".
All my friends made fun of me, surprised at my gullibility, after all, ordering a tour via the Internet in our time is not so safe, and even more so to send a considerable amount of money to the account sent to me. Some considered my act simply insane. But, from the first minutes of communication, I did not have a single gram of doubt about the honesty and decency of this pleasant young girl, and I was not mistaken. The hour of departure came, and I set off on a long-awaited journey with my five-year-old granddaughter. We departed from Yekaterinburg, arrived at the hotel the day before departure. They were supposed to take off at night, and suddenly a phone call. "Nina, do not rush to the airport with the child, your flight is delayed a little, wait at the hotel." In the middle of the night again a restless call: "Well, are you already at the airport? Happy flight to you!" in Thailand.
These are unforgettable days in my life! Bangkok - Pattaya - Koh Chang island. Wonderful excursions, the sea warm as fresh milk, and suddenly, again a phone call, now to distant Thailand. And again a familiar voice, now OUR Aida. "Well, how are you there? How did you fly? How did you settle down? ...."
I would like to once again express my gratitude to TA UNITRAVEL AND NOW TO OUR AIDA for their responsiveness and professionalism.
