Before departure, they reported a change in the airport of arrival (instead of Phuket, arrival at Krabi airport). For this reason, the travel time from Krabi airport was 4 hours by bus to Phuket. At five in the morning they finally brought to the hotel, but again a replacement (they took a hotel in the center of Patong, and brought to the hotel a 15-minute drive from the center). And that's not all - the tour was paid for 12 days, 11 nights, actually it turned out -10 days and 9 nights. They took a tour from 11/1/2014 to 11/12/2014. They brought us to the hotel at 5 am on the 2nd and took us out on the 12th at 8 am and the return flight was through Krabi. Flew with Anex Tour for the first time and the last.
