We bought a full package of services. The specification of the flight was paid. But when they received the documents, they forgot about it and instead of departure at 9.00, the tickets were for 22.50. And I noticed it, and not they apologized for their cant. Further, when buying a tour, I asked what tourists say about this hotel and I was told in response "everyone is happy." And in the hotel from people I received completely different information. I urge you not to trust such people who do not care about the tourist, just to sell the tour. We would have bought anyway, but not to this hotel. The tour operator ruined our vacation. Do not go there!!!
