I traveled to Spain, the host of "Novovir" tour "Mediterranean Tale" a few words about the tour: organization for C grade, I'll start with arrival. According to the program, on the day of arrival there should have been an introductory dinner, a trip to the fountains in Barcelona. since we flew right in time for the start of this event, we were told that we would be late and this excursion would be "definitely" returned to us at the end of the trip. well, ok, let's move on. the tour itself was a little heavy, stuffed too much into a small number of days, free time there were few. but it can be experienced, all the same, a lot of interesting things brighten up these nuances. the worst was at the end. before departure, the day before we were posted lists at the hotel with the flight number, transfer time. on the appointed day we went to the airport, as expected, arrived, the attendant showed us our check-in counters and said goodbye to us. I went to check-in and then I found out that I was not on this flight!

in turmoil, I start looking for my flight on the scoreboard, I understand that this flight flies to St. Petersburg, and I need to go to Moscow! I reassure myself that I can fly to St. Petersburg, and from there I will get to Moscow myself, at least this way. I can't call at all. I run to the representatives of the airline, check if I am on the flight to St. Petersburg and after checking it turns out that I am not! here I almost get hysterical, I still call Irina, she says that they didn’t buy tickets for us, they are the receiving party, that I need to call the Moscow company where I bought the tour. all these calls lasted 10 minutes, after which Irina calls me and says: take a taxi, your flight is in 20 minutes, you need to go to another terminal! I had a shock. my flight was mixed up in Novovir, they brought me to the wrong terminal, they marked the wrong flight for me .. I'm going by taxi, of course I was late for my flight. I was met by the manager Victor, a very arrogant young man.

offered to pay 170 euros (allegedly returned in Moscow) "well, of course" I was so angry, I was exhausted by all this stress, I said that I would not pay, there was no money! The representative of Novovira said that in this case, I would have to stay "here", that is, at the airport in a foreign country, as I understand it.)) I just lost my nerve. if all this happened through my fault, I would have bought a ticket myself without question, but then why on earth would I pay ?! as a result, the respected one called someone, he was told that the ticket was at their expense, that is, you understand, initially there was such an option, which means that they could immediately provide a ticket for the inconvenience, but no, they seemed to have done a favor! This is the first time I've seen such rudeness, such bestial attitude towards customers. I'm not the first time abroad, but this is the first time I meet.

I ran around this airport in such a stress and rush, rushed by taxi to another terminal (a decent distance, you can’t walk on foot) rushed around with a heavy suitcase. Thanks to Irina that at least she didn’t leave me in a difficult situation and didn’t blame everything on the Moscow company , and apologized for the fault of her company. I wish this "travel agency" to be more attentive to tourists, and if such situations occur, then treat their customers with understanding. not to finish off with your rudeness an already tired person, but to provide for possible ways out of the current situation.

I do not recommend contacting Novovira if you do not want to earn gloomy memories of Spain.
