I am a traveler with experience and not very demanding, I thought it was impossible to surprise me, but the travel agency "Labyrinth" not only surprised me, but almost shocked me with its neglect of customers. I don’t know how it is in other countries, but in Egypt they have absolutely no connection with the host country. But first things first. Met at the airport and taken to the ferry normally. The next day, an excursion to Luxor, the City of the Dead, and then it turns out that we paid for the excursion when drawing up the contract, no one notified the receiving party. We call Chelyabinsk. to your operator (the cost of one minute for both incoming and outgoing 60 rubles) The operator offers to pay for excursions on the spot, and then, after returning, we will figure it out. Two excursions for $130 each. We went for 10 days, the all-inclusive package, of course, we didn’t take extra money with us.

We agreed with the local guide that we were going on an excursion and if there was no confirmation upon returning from it, we would pay. The same story with two women from Moscow. They also called their operator. By the end of the tour, the guide still received confirmation of payment. We safely return from the excursion and we are introduced to another member of our team (out of 200 passengers on the ferry, there were 8 of us Russians, all from the "Labyrinth"). Let's start sharing our experiences. It turns out a man from Yaroslavl. flew through Moscow, was poisoned a day later. Three women from N-Novgorod, also via Moscow, were sent a day earlier, at the Hurghada airport they were met by a driver who took them to the hotel and dropped them off. Nobody knew anything about them at the hotel, they refused to let them in, they call Novgorod, naturally they say: "Settle at your own expense, then we'll settle up." We were sent from Luxor to Hurghada by bus (4 hours drive) with a guide who didn't know a word of Russian, but asked for a tip.

No one met us at the hotel, they settled on their own, decided on food themselves, the hotel guide showed up after 26 hours and was extremely surprised that there were 4 of us (two of us, a family from Chelyabinsk and two more women from Moscow), according to him, to be my wife. Without a paid trip to the city - to two shops that he (the guide) needs, but which we are completely indifferent to, but you can’t leave: only with a guide and only in formation.

In general, in a nutshell, something like this. In Luxor and Aswan, in addition to the aforementioned "Labyrinth", "Sun Rice" and "Tes Tour" operate. Well, the conclusions, as they say: "Do it yourself."
