We rested in Dubai and purchased 2 weeks of rest from BG-holiday with the right to rest in 17 countries and a bunch of hotels. When we decided to use it - it wasn’t there, the rest was offered ONLY in Dubai with a HUGE surcharge and with an imposed New Year's dinner. They lived for a month and a half, so they didn’t give a reservation, they offered us to give the money back. They wiped their feet on us as soon as they could.
