We asked for a quiet hotel for a family vacation, we really wanted to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the metropolis. We were assured that there was excellent food, a children's table, peace and quiet. A family of friends with their daughter also went with us. We paid for the tours and joyfully waited for the end of April, we paid for 9 days of rest from April 28 to May 6.

At the end of April, unpleasant situations began to occur, we were informed that we were transferred to another flight, which took off several hours earlier than planned, we considered the actual stay at the hotel and realized the divorce began at the hotel, we arrive on the 29th at night and leave the hotel on May 6 at 5 in the morning that is, actually 7 days of rest instead of 9, my claim, which I officially wrote to the Coral Travel company, has not been answered to this day. And this was far from the last surprise upon arrival at the hotel, we were settled in rooms similar to the rooms in the Pioneer camp in each room, and we had 3 of them, there were 2 simple beds and another 2 bunk beds, why did we understand that in the morning, in the rooms dirt, dirty toilets scary to go in, bed linen is gray and smelly, there is no water. At our request to move us to other rooms, they answered that we had to wait for the morning, the chief Ahmed would come and come up with whatever he could.

In the morning we woke up from a terrible noise, we didn’t even understand at first what it was, it turned out that schoolchildren from Chechnya, children from 7 to 15 years old, were resting in this hotel, no one warned us about this, and children are usually very noisy and shameless, and I didn’t I understand why schoolchildren are sent to rest in family hotels, and not in pioneer camps. We went to the reception where we waited for Ahmed for an hour, waited for an additional fee, he moved us to more comfortable rooms overlooking the pool, which we later bitterly regretted. We went to breakfast and were horrified by the crowd of children from 200,300 people sweeping everything from under their noses, and most often cutlets, sweets, french fries, etc. with their hands.

Naturally, looking at all this unsanitary conditions, I got sick of it, the same thing happened at lunch and dinner in bars where alcoholic drinks are poured, namely beer, vodka and gin, this is the whole choice, also Cola Sprite, Fanta are occupied by all the same children, you can’t get to the counter , in the pool, children splash in a friendly crowd from 8 o'clock in the morning until 8 o'clock in the evening and it's all very noisy, you can't put a child to sleep during the day under this screeching and screaming, it's just scary to feed him in a public dining room. In the rooms in all 3 rooms, water flowed from the ceiling in the bathroom, they turned off the light, then the water, or even all together, the children, maybe out of good intentions, constantly grabbed their son by the face with their hands, maybe it’s customary for them, but this is me It was annoying and annoying, there was nothing to feed a small child there, I had to go to the city and buy baby food. The unsanitary conditions in the hotel were complete, as a result, my son fell ill, then I spent 2 days with a temperature in the room.

With such impatience, I never wanted to go home, people who paid for a tour in this hotel for more days envied us when we left home and cried that they still had to endure this madhouse for 2,3,4 days. So if you want to go on vacation and you will be offered this Hotel, run further than you lead!!!! And by the way, according to the plan, the children will have a rest until September, just some will leave, while others will come !!!
