We booked a tour to San Remo through Ascent Travel and by July 18 they had to pay according to the booking sheet. On July 17, the message "your tour has been canceled" comes up, without explaining any reasons. When I called the firm Kutova Svetlana (the manager of this tour), she could not clearly explain anything and offer a replacement. Allegedly, their flights were canceled, although the site had places for these tours, only the price for them increased. When I asked to be connected with Evgeny Velenovich Sudbin (company management), I was transferred to Alla Karas, who spoke in a rude manner and explained with insults that they did not owe me anything, because I booked the tour via the Internet and I do not have an agreement with them. It is a pity that we continue to have such unprofessional tour operators who, with their rude attitude, will soon disperse their last tourists.
