Bought a trip to the Maldives.
Everything seems to be fine, lovely hotel.
it was our honeymoon.
We wanted our own private pool villa with sunset view (there are sunset and sunrise villas)
Upon arrival, it turned out that we had a villa WITHOUT a pool and with a view of the sunrise.
To our bewilderment, the hotel manager said that it was booked and paid for by the operator.
We were basically deceived.
The tour operator refused to change the hotel, they only offered to pay extra, and even with a surcharge there were no other villas (January is the season)
The rest was not spoiled, but we did not like the attitude categorically.
We chose among the operators of the proposal based on the cost of the room with our own pool and sunset views, and chose this operator and this hotel only because the price was normal for us.
Were deceived.
Anyone who wants to go - choose other operators, more honest.
