I have never been to Turkey and decided to ask the travel agency what they could advise me... the girl began to show what I already see on the site, but for some reason the prices were 20% more expensive. I asked why, and she answered. that she does not care what is written on the site.
Then I said what I want to get from the rest, but she could not advise anything and was simply lost. I'm shocked at such unprofessionalism and indifference to customers. (I tell her that I have a rest once a year, but for her it's just a job) Later, I got nasty that some people communicate nicely and some don't! referring to me!
