We traveled several times with the Unitours company, there were no problems (office at Akademicheskaya metro station). This year the organization is DISGUSTING. I do not consider it possible to deal with this company in the future. It all started with the fact that during the execution of the contract the manager incorrectly calculated the amount and did not provide a list of documents needed to obtain a visa. When I arrived to pay the full cost, there was not enough money. But then the manager admitted that it was his fault, I never heard that from him again. Deciding to get visas, I arrived at Unitours with passports. To which, of course, I received a huge list of documents necessary for this event from another specialist (I was traveling with two children). It was reasonable to ask why the manager didn’t provide me with such a list in the first place. To which the disrespectful manager replied that he explained everything to me. This is probably why I did not receive any personal income tax, no bank statements, or school certificates.
I bite my elbows that in my hearts I refused to watch the recording that is being kept in the office. I think that we would easily be convinced of the "professionalism" of the manager. I called with a complaint to the general director, who assured me that this was an exceptional case. No, history repeats itself. Submitting documents for a visa to the same manager, I gave him the original (attention, this is important!) permission to leave from the father of the children. When receiving tickets, I asked about the return of this paper. An employee of Unitours explained to me that they do not take originals, but ask for copies. Our favorite manager, in turn, said that he only had a copy, and I had the original (sic!).
As a result, instead of finishing things without fuss on the last day before the vacation, picking up the children early from school and calmly getting ready, I have to give instructions to colleagues in the bustle, take the documents to the father of the children so that he goes to the notary and receives a new permit (by the way, it is issued for a fee), and in a hurry to pack your bags. In general, this time Unitours disappointed me. If I go to an agency, I hope that specialists with normal memory and responsible people work there. Do I really have to find out for myself what documents are needed and whether copies or originals should be submitted? How could such negligence be shown twice? In fact, this time I got a bunch of problems, wasted time and money.
