deceived the expectation because of what wasted time and nerves!

Hello! The four of us decided to fly to Austria to ski for two weeks!!!! called in Tui-a girl in a pleasant voice picked up a tour for us for the month of January (we were in the Far East) and asked to pay with a friend’s card in Moscow, the amount was decent for four ..... so, happy we decided to celebrate the new year with a tour on rest in your pocket...but it was all our illusions!!!! On December 29, the same girl told us that the reservation had disappeared somewhere .... supposedly the Austrians took it away ... and they offered us completely different hotels, there was nowhere to go, we agreed (although the hotels are no longer in the center of the resort, but on the outskirts)! but that's not all! On January 30th ... we were again refused and offered to return the money - and this is all on New Year's Eve, given that the Far East lives 8 hours earlier ...

and given that the tour was paid for by a friend of KINDNESS with a psychic card, TUI OFFERED THIS GOOD PERSON - just on December 31st to quit everything and deal with your own accounts until lunch (which each card has) and issue a refund within two weeks ... .... and given the holidays, the person got everything back almost a month later (it was not very nice).

spoiled mood and nervous atmosphere spoiled the pre-holiday mood of FIVE people! of course they wrote us the word SORRY, once! the most interesting thing is that upon arrival in moscow we bought ourselves tours (on a grand tour voyage) to exactly those hotels where we were originally going .... why it all turned out not nice to understand is not given ....
