We rested with the same group in Vietnam from 26.04-8.05 2012. Not only did Azbuka cancel the scheduled flight on April 21, but it also did not find it necessary to notify us of this. We didn’t sleep all night, we were waiting for tickets to the post office, (managers didn’t answer the phones) - after 10 am next. day (departure was at 14) it turned out that there was no departure - the intelligible reasons have not yet been announced. In Vietnam, they were abandoned without guides, excursions and paid housing. And we are still sorting things out with this company in the person of the manager Khudoleeva Elena, who comes up with new reasons for not returning money.
People! Be carefull! In addition to lies, rudeness, unprofessionalism, disregard for customers, failure to fulfill obligations to supply services, you will not receive anything from this company.
