I didn’t like everything from lies when buying a tour to arrogance and rudeness of guides.
They offered a tour for 12 days 11 nights (departing at 15.30 and returning at 19.35). We ordered, as a result, we received tickets at the airport with a return at 6.00 in the morning. At the same time, they flew out of Tunisia at 11, having spent at the airport without breakfast with a delay of 5 hours. At the same time, the guides, knowing about the delay, brought us anyway at 5 am to the airport. Without explanation, they just dropped us off at the entrance to the airport and left.
The guides are just rude. No one met at the hotel, they dropped us off the bus on the road, and then they say they were on their own. As a result, we were put in a room without water with an unswitchable air conditioner. Having ordered an excursion from the guide, we didn’t get there, because the guide forgot to warn the driver that people should be picked up from our hotel. As a result, after passing 3 hours without breakfast, they themselves found a guide on the phone, who said that, alas, we would be left without an excursion. No apologies or regrets. Thank goodness they got the money back.
In general, they arranged a vacation for all 100.
In general, we do not need anyone and no one there. I can imagine if they behaved like this with the French or Germans, who pay an order of magnitude less for tours (learned from tourists) !!!
