Chose a travel agency based on a friend's review. Everything was very prompt. Tickets received on time via email. The selection of the tour with registration took no more than an hour. They advised TUI, I had not heard of them before, excellent value for money (since I am very picky about the air carrier), I really liked everything. Many thanks to the management for our wonderful holiday. I wanted to fly alone to Turkey in May (with a budget of 20,000), applied 2 days before departure, there were no tickets for the plane, they worked out my application very quickly, offered even more budget options from Moscow. As a result, I decided not to fly out of Moscow. And no one got nasty to me for wasting their time (as happens sometimes in other firms). Thank you girls. See you soon.
