My wife begins to find out the reasons and it turns out that the Arab side claims against me doesn’t have, and Natalie, most likely, forgot to finish the job and didn’t open a visa. And the representatives of Alpha Tour (partners of Natalie Tours in the UAE) remember us, regret, but they simply don’t have enough time and there’s no time to deal with us. As a result I spent almost three days in the transit zone on chocolates and Coca-Cola from a vending machine. Although Alfa Tour representatives should have informed our consul about me. We managed to find him through a travel agency in Voronezh. He helped me return to Russia.

And my wife cried all these days in the hotel. And now, when I had already flown away, a representative of Alfa Tour Alla came to my wife at the hotel and offered .... to buy a tour ticket. There was time, finally, but not to console, cheer, but "cut down money" again. These are such wonderful guys. We filed a claim on December 24 and still no answer. We got through to the claims department of Natalie Tours, they said that the problem is complex and additional time is needed. How much? Another month or a year? the case smells like a trial. Don't mess with Natalie.
