On August 9, we bought a tour trip to the Black Sea coast, and two elderly grandmothers, 79 and 77 years old, who had no holidays anyway, had a pension of three kopecks, the only dream was to visit the sea for at least 3 days .... full cost was more than 15,000 rubles for two. The day before the trip, we relatives called to find out if the trip would take place, to which we were told that everything was in force, but on August 17, on the day of departure from Rostov-on-Don, closer to dinner, a message was received on the phone, that shopping center ODYSSEY DON was closed and all trips were cancelled... today, August 25, the money has not been returned to anyone... it is a pity that even the elderly in our country are not sorry for anyone, and even more so they are not included in their position. Of course, we will contact the higher authorities to help us at least return the money.
