I will describe how my wife and I "went" on vacation with Voronezhintur:
Wintour undertook to select, book and pay for the tour in accordance with my application. I transferred the funds in full at the time of booking the tour, which is confirmed by the relevant cash receipts. The tourist trip was supposed to take place from 01/26/2011 to 02/04/2011, but on January 18, 2011, I found out that this tour was not paid for by the tour operator. On January 19, 2010, I applied to Vintour LLC with a request for an alternative tour or a refund of the money paid for the above tour. There was no alternative, and in response to my demands, the director of Vintur LLC Zvarich A.V. provided me with a letter of guarantee for the return of funds up to 31.01.2011.
Indeed, on January 28, 2011, I was returned an amount equal to a quarter of the cost of the tour, and a new guarantee letter was written for the remaining amount until February 15, 2011, today is the 14th and there is still no money, in connection with which I am filing an application with the court.
