Good afternoon.
Last week my husband was picking up trips to Thailand for me and my manager Olga. Long determined with the hotel - decided. Olga did not want to give a discount, but after talking with the management (my husband talked to Anastasia on this issue, perhaps just with you), we were given a 4% discount (thus, the cost of vouchers came out to about 68,500 rubles). Then Olga began to rush with payment and argued that if an amount of 50% is paid, then, when making a balance, the exchange rate will in no way affect the amount of the remaining amount, in other words, according to Olga, when making a 50% prepayment, the amount fixed. We agreed to these terms. On Saturday, Olga did not work and "transferred" us to Dinara.
I listened for more than an hour as my husband behind the wheel tries in vain to reason with this mournful young lady - first about the cost of the tour (he wanted to make an advance payment on the same day and called to clarify the cost of vouchers for that day) and heard the number 74,000 (with a tail I don’t remember which one ). Perplexed, he called the tour operator from whom your company buys vouchers, specified the price - 71,316 rubles. I called Dinara back - he said that he called Biblio Globus and the price is different, and also with our discount it should just come out 68,500. On which Dinara began to rest, that she also contacted Biblio Globus and names the real price today. In general, it’s rather mournful for me now to describe this whole dreary picture of an hour and a half communication with Dinara - we called Globus 3 times, admonished Dinara for 1.5 hours intermittently, to the point that she called Olga ...
Dinara either tried to sell us tours for 74,000, then she refused to take into account the 4% discount, which was given with the permission of the management, then she STILL CONFESSED that she hadn’t called Globus, but we didn’t understand where she got the number from. We agreed on these unfortunate 68,500 rubles, we ask her how to make an advance payment, and she begins to tell us that the amount WILL NOT be fixed when paying 50%, which Olga had previously spoken to her husband about. It turns out that supposedly your company is paying Globus for vouchers in foreign currency, but if we have a contract in rubles, what does this have to do with us? In general, I want to draw a sad conclusion - the desk is dishonest, everyone works as they want: they gave a discount - then they took it away / didn’t recognize it, they said the amount - then they tried to sell the money for 5000r more, it didn’t work out - they didn’t even apologize, but monotonously took out the brain.
It is curious what Olga was counting on when she sent the contract to the post office, that after a week of communication, the husband simply would not notice this line in the contract, that no matter how much% the prepayment was made, the amount would not be fixed and would increase? Apparently, the policy of your company is this - to quickly get involved (so that they pay) - and then at least a flood, the money has already been paid, and people are trying to plan a vacation, and not identifying pitfalls on the part of dishonest managers of such desks.
I don’t know how things are with you with intra-organizational ethics and sanctions, but I would like some penalties to be applied to these two mademoiselles, it’s not good to lie so blatantly and rely on the client to settle down and trust the manager serving him and wave contract with completely different terms.
It would also be very desirable to communicate with higher management regarding uncleanliness in working with clients and recruitment. Just lying bastards.
