I bought the tour on January 13 for May 31 from Novosibirsk - Fethiye, paid 100%. In early April, a travel agent calls, "pleases" with the news that Tez canceled the vacation for me and everything that was already full of the plane, and just canceled this direction for the 2014 season, the management considered it unprofitable. It was suggested to choose another direction and another hotel at the price of JANUARY! For the same money today it is IMPOSSIBLE to buy an acceptable hotel for me! To all questions about compensation for damages, the office workers in Novosibirsk had one stupid, on-duty answer - "contact the travel agency for all questions." Not only did they steal money from tourists, they also set up a travel agency. I said goodbye to Tez forever, rebooked the tour in the right direction and to the right hotel from another tour operator. I did not have to pay extra only thanks to the professional work of the travel agency. Thanks guys.
And from Teza I didn’t even hear a simple apology. HAM!
