I chose this office on the principle closer to home, I'm very sorry. The agent Yulia Karpova sold me an unreasonably expensive tour, and the conditions were completely different, and upon arrival in Israel, it turned out that the tours are at 7 am, and on New Year's Eve at 6 am!!!!!!! (with 2 children). Nobody decided my question, but they offered me another extra. pay $400 for ind. transfer. Fine? Do not under any circumstances deal with these scammers. These are charlatans. Real tour operators do not have such problems, and if something happens, they fight to the end for a good rest for their customers and do not leave them with the words pay more and it will be as you want. Vacation ruined.
