And they began to wait for the day the long-awaited vacation began, in 2-3 days, they received visas from representatives of Samarintur, where they asked to clarify, the hotel received information that we needed a cot in the room upon arrival. In the evening, a nice girl from Samaraintur called us and said that everything is up to date in the hotel and the crib is waiting for the baby, don't worry.

2015 We are met at the airport by a girl (host) and we drive to the hotel in BMWX5. Everything is like in a fairy tale. In a terrible .... After presenting the vouchers, the manager at the reception desk cannot find us, we are not on the lists!!!!! We are already "floating" on our feet for 15 hours: flight Samara - Moscow, waiting 4 hours in the transit zone + 7 hours of flight. The child is not 3 years old, the wife is 5 months pregnant - the whole situation is already starting to strain ...

The representative of the host, a nice girl, tries to explain that there may be an error in the documents, the office is closed, Sunday, siesta, evenings, etc. we believe ... The next day came, but a few words about the room on the 1st floor - not even the view from the window is a complete participation, if not immersion in the life of a local bar. Balcony and windows overlook the bar with billiards. As it turned out later, this number is given to those guests who are for 1 night, because. no one can stand it anymore. Probably, the hotel management knew that we would not stay here for more than one night. I sat on the balcony and looked at the audience 3-4 meters away from me, who drank, ate, smoked, talked very loudly and ... ..looked at me. Direct transmission "Dom-2", sorry "Balcony-2" ... ..

An hour later I dial again, to which they answer that they could not find our documents !!!!!, only now they have found and will call the partner in Spain from whom they bought for us! tour! (Bought from them, sold to us - there is a profit). More than 2 hours have passed, I call Samara, they pick up the phone, they are interested in who is speaking, and they ask to wait, they switch to the manager who is “dealing with” this issue.

Roaming is dripping, pouring, flowing with eurodollars - five minutes of music - I hang up. No more calls were answered, and if I called, they told me that they would call you back. They really called back, after 7 hours, when we were in another hotel, our conscience probably stuck, how are Samara tourists on a distant island? Did you get to the cannibals?

We were offered a hotel of the same Spring line, namely: Spring Arona Gran Hotel - its location at the end of the tourist area, walk to the beach 30 minutes !!!!!!!!!!!! For us it is impossible.

The situation is a stalemate - we, including the pregnant wife, and the baby are being evicted. Although: Hooray, we are in the Canary Islands, thanks to Samaraintur, I bought air tickets.

With a representative of the host, they began to feverishly look for a hotel where we could be relocated. In the end, we chose Palm Beach Club in Adeje. Where did they move. I did not consider the price of vouchers to these hotels, in the sense of the difference, but it was in everything, and understandably not in +.

Another thing is important - the attitude of the tour operator Samaraintur is complete helplessness.

Tickets sold and that's it.

In conclusion, there is still a flaw - upon returning, the Moscow-Samara flight was canceled, of course, our respected tour operator did not inform us about this. Everything was decided by themselves.
