Today I returned from Spain with my daughter. We visited Barcelona and Madrid. These are amazing cities. The impression could not be spoiled by Novovira's scammers. I'll start in order. The excursion tour "Barcelona, Madrid on high-speed trains" was purchased in Moscow, through the tour operator DSBW. And the host was - Novovira - Russian House. When I purchased the tour, it turned out that I could not choose a specific hotel, Novovira - the Russian House did it for me, I chose only the star rating of the hotel - 3*, 4*, 5*. I was afraid to go to the “three rubles” - I thought a 4 * hotel should be without any surprises - all possible options were decent, only one hotel in Barcelona was embarrassing - Husa Arenas - located far from the center, and according to reviews, it barely pulls 3 *. As you may have guessed, it was he who got us (And now I confirm that I would never go to this hotel of my own free will. It has only one advantage - it is near Diagonal Street).
But the point is not even that the Husa Arenas hotel is bad, but the fact is that, according to the reviews of tourists from our group who went on the “hotel 3” program, their Husa Pedralbes hotel left very positive emotions. And when I compared the prices of these two hotels on Booking.com, it turned out that our “four” costs 2.9 thousand rubles / day, and that “three rubles” - 3.4 thousand rubles / day. Impressed. Despite the fact that the difference between the programs "hotel 4 *" and "hotel 3 *" cost me 240 euros. But this is not the only "razvodilovo" company Novovira. We traveled from Barcelona to Madrid and back on high-speed AVE trains. Tickets, without specifying a specific name, were handed out by a Novovira employee before the move. And already when we returned to Barcelona from Madrid, it turned out that some of our group traveled in luxury cars, with dinner, on tickets worth 79 euros, and again my daughter and I were not lucky - we traveled there and back in economy cars class, without dinner, with tickets worth 42 euros.
Such a difference in tickets was not included in the cost of the tour. This is where I couldn't resist. She expressed her claims to the guide, to which she answered me that she knew nothing, did not understand anything, and in general "her hut was on the edge." Moreover, my sharply negative attitude towards Novovira was supported by other tourists from our group (they said, when we said goodbye at the airport, in Moscow: “Write a review for us for everyone who is bred like babies.”) To two ladies from our group who have a number of excursions were not included in the price of the tour, our guide sold a voucher for an excursion to Montserrat. And when the bus pulled up behind us, they didn’t take our ladies - for some reason they weren’t on the lists! Add to this that we are not allowed to choose the hotel we like - Novovira saves on transfers - everyone is brought to nearby 3 * and 4 * hotels. Now I am more and more inclined that I will have to organize the next trip on my own, without the participation of any “Novovir” stuck.
