strange travel agency

bought a bus tour to the Black Sea. The bus was not very comfortable, but it was tolerable. It got worse when we were dropped off in a completely different city than we had planned, because there were NO PLACES in our hotel !!! (we bought a tour for a month and a half). managers did not bother to warn us about this, although we called to clarify the departure time twice the day before! The accommodation does not correspond to what was agreed upon, and the rooms themselves leave much to be desired. on the way back we were FORGOT to be included in the list (we should have been in another city!), well the bus driver did not kick us out with children and bags in the sun wait for the next bus. The director of the company avoids questions, does not answer. Managers do not consider it necessary to notify about the time of departure. As soon as you give this company money, they will immediately forget about you !!! and to the question "how is it that there are no places where we booked and bought?

"They will answer you" but isn't it suitable for you here? !!
