bought in January by early booking a tour to Greece, the day after tomorrow departure. We are going to fly with two families, my brother's family with my mother-in-law and our family with my mother. The tour was bought in the office on Ligovsky, manager Alina. We constantly felt complete indifference, we could not get answers to a number of questions, because our manager was constantly absent from the workplace, and we did not have a mobile number. But all the problems began closer to departure. At first, there were problems with obtaining a Greek visa from the brother's family (they applied for a visa through a travel agency), documents were provided to the travel agency for 1.5 months and only two days ago (four days before departure) it suddenly turns out that there is a problem with the visa , and the chances of getting it and flying away are few. We need to get the paperwork right away. The question is why it was impossible for the travel agency to start issuing a visa earlier, and not a few days before departure? Naturally, everyone has panic, nerves, etc.

my brother's family is not going to fly anywhere. The situation has just kind of unraveled. Let's fly together, hooray! We rejoiced early, we get tickets - we all fly on different planes. Well, why couldn't everyone buy tickets for one plane? Moreover, they broke it so that first I fly away, my husband and child, and after three hours my brother's family, mother-in-law and my mother. Great, we live together with my mother, but we cannot leave the house together, because. different planes, so we order a taxi twice, or mom takes the metro to the airport alone, because. her brother's family can't take her into their taxi, there are already four of them + a taxi driver. We fly back, too, everything is different. Because my brother's family returns three days early, and my mother and I have different planes. As a result, she is left alone in a foreign country, not knowing the language for three hours (not to mention the fact that the checkout time is 12 - and she will have to sit at the reception. Mom is in a panic.

Why, if we are one family and we have one ticket, are we put on different planes?

In general, the result - we have not yet flown anywhere, but the negativity, tears and frustration this week have already been grabbed to the fullest. This travel agency organized a wonderful holiday for us, you can’t say anything (I’m even afraid to guess what awaits us next with such a careless attitude of this travel agency to customers. I don’t go to Pilgrim anymore.

Our manager Alina couldn’t answer anything specific about this situation, except that it’s too late to change something, to the question of why it was impossible to change everything when it was still possible, and I called, found out about the planes, there was no answer .
