Good afternoon to everyone except the employees of this travel agency! I consider it my duty to warn the same gullible citizens, like me, about the activities of "Azimut-SPB" in Lipetsk!!! In principle, the scheme of their "work" has already been repeatedly discussed on this page ... (I also regret that I didn’t look on the Internet before visiting their presentation, but what can you do ....) So: I, like everyone else, I got it at the Europe shopping center a year ago, and forgot about it for a long time ... but, at the beginning of June, they called me, invited me to a presentation. I wanted to go somewhere for a long time, and I decided to get acquainted with the travel agency (next time - only through reviews ))...At first it seemed that the offer was really tempting - 6 weeks of rest for 98,000 rubles for 5 years at any time!!! But then it turned out that something was not included there, and when I tried to find out how much, on average, one trip would cost, for example, to Spain, the conversation was somehow smoothly transferred to another topic all the time.

As a result, it turned out that no more than 100,000 rubles. When I said that I was not ready to agree to the contract right now, they nodded to me and started issuing prizes. Of course, as it turned out, I also won the "grand prize" - a trip to Spain for a week! In general, everything was as described above. They worked for 5 hours, I left the office at 10.30 pm, when I was already weakly thinking about something. How I agreed to this contract is still a mystery to me !! With all my intuitive doubts, they managed to convince me of the profitability of the offer, which proves the "professionalism" of the employees of this "wonderful" agency. But the most interesting began later! The main incentive for buying 6 weeks of "cheap vacation" for me was the so-called "installment plan".

The “installment plan” turned out to be a bank loan for 12 months (moreover, the fact that I was officially unemployed did not stop the agency’s employees: the company drives the data for obtaining a loan from the left, from the ceiling, and the loan is received without problems). So, tossing and turning all night, and to in the morning, realizing all the stupidity of what I had done, the first thing I rushed to the bank. This probably saved me in the future, because at the bank I asked to terminate the loan agreement and immediately block the account, not to transfer money to the travel agency, which they did! Then I immediately called the travel agency and said that I intended to terminate the agreement! This is where the real rudeness and insurmountable arrogance of the employees of this agency began! At first, the manager Anton shouted that I framed him for money and ordered a quote: Come to the office, I want to look you in the face! How!!! The next day I went to the office (by appointment only!!

), as I thought, I was received by a lawyer. I said everything I think about their work and warned that the bank had already resolved the issue. "Lawyer" kept me in the office for an hour - the base did not open in any way - and said that she would prepare all the necessary documents, and I would call in and sign. On that they parted ... a week later, without waiting for a call, I came to the office myself .There I was already accepted by another "lawyer", he said that he saw me for the first time, and for the first time he heard about the termination of the contract, and I also found out that the bank somehow transferred money to the travel agency, (although the account was blocked) and the agency, in turn, transferred the money to the British company, paying for the services, which I refused the very next day after signing the contract. I was again offered a "profitable vacation on more favorable terms", since I lose 25% of the contract , can you imagine?!

At this point, I broke loose and threatened to write a statement to the Economic Crime Department so that they would deal with this scam. Then I was offered to write an application for termination, which would be considered for 10 days !!! This is in a week of my first visit to their office !!! Then - again in a week !!! - they called me and said that the documents for termination were ready minus those same 25%!!! Here I could not stand it, again I went to the bank, which was their partner, and said that I was going to write an application to the relevant authorities if they didn’t explain to me: how the money was transferred in the evening to the account blocked in the morning and why the travel agency paid for the services after how she was informed of my rejection of them! Of course, the bank did not need such problems with their partners, so soon the Lipetsk office received an order "from above" (that is, from St. Petersburg) to resolve my issue in my favor!

And only after it became clear that I really have someone to turn to!!! So, I spent a lot of time, nerves and effort, and if I deposited money directly into the company, I would never see it! (Legally, everything is clean with the company!) By the way, in the end, the company told me that I I refused their services, I will regret it very much, but if I suddenly decide ... and this is after all that I have suffered from them !!!
